Relative Periods working incorrectly in Report Studio

I am new to Cognos and I am attempting to select YTD July 2013 and July 2014 and when I run my report, I select Relative Periods and then click on MORE and MORE, the same options keep copying over. Attached are the screenshots of the prompts. In the prompts, you'll notice that after I hit MORE, the same options for 2006 appear. No matter how many times I hit MORE, the same year appears instead of taking/showing me the next year.

Which version of cognos?
There was a bug in the previous versions and is fixed in fixpack 10.2.1 FP4

Hi Ammus1234,

I checked the Cognos version and its 10.2.1 FP2. The Data Source is TM1 Cube for the package. Hope this will help you understand the problem in a better way.

As Ammus1234 says - it's a defect in the build you're using. Upgrade to 10.2.1 FP4 and it should fix the issue.
