Gauge Chart Needle Click Limitation

Hi All,

I am very new to this forum and Cognos. Please help me to get the answer for the below query.

My customer is looking for a Gauge chart where clicking on anywhere in the chart takes the drill through action. Currently it is only working, when the users click on the needle of the gauge chart. Do we have any solution for this limitation. Please find attachment showing the issue. Thanks.
