Unable to open Cognos 10.2 Workspace ?

I am unable to open Cognos Workspace when i am remotely login to my client server.
But cognos RS, Workspace Advanced etc. everything working fine.
Is any setting reqd to enable & open the Workspace.
When I open Workspace a new window open & cursor moving, no outcomes.

Popup blocker, maybe?  Browser compatibility? What browser are you using? What version? What version of Cognos is the client on?

IE vesion 10 is used but i have checked the Browser compatibility.
Pls send the browser compatibility details along with by resolve other way.

Well, you didn't answer the question about what version of Cognos 10 your client is using. Different versions support different browser releases. Did you check to see if you have a popup blocker installed?

You need to select the version of Cognos 10 your client is using, then press the "Software" link to generate a report for that version. It will tell you what browser types and versions are supported for that release of Cognos 10.
