Hello everyone,

I have a query from a Customer where they are not being made aware of their credentials expiring until they try to run a report in the environment. I found the following IBM Technote relating to Tivoli LDAP setup:

Would this also apply to AD authentication sources? Is there a way of being informed through Cognos that the credentials are about to expire (or have expired) so that they can be renewed before any attempt is made to run a report? At present, the only way they get to find out is when they come to run a report and they are informed the credentials are expired.

Any information greatly appreciated.
