Contributor Cognos 8.1 Planning - Reconcile eList ERROR

Hello all...

I have this problem. I use Cognos 8.1 planning and I cant do the GTP because I need to "Reconcile the elist item". I try to do all my knowlege let me do and I'm still on the same place.

When I start GTP the pop up tell me I need to Reconcile the eList item. Press YES if you want star now the process. I press YES and the proccess is canceled. I don't know why.

The Job Managment still mark with a red line. Like "GTP Still working".

I execute the "reconcile job app" from the instalation cognos folder for the eList item. But the app doesn't find the error on the item.

Please any help??
