Status Dashboard - Prevent Changes?

I am new to using Workspace, so forgive me if this is an obvious question.

I have created a "status" dashboard for use by our operations team.
It shows the status of various processes/functions, so that they can escalate to development if necessary.

I have tried changing permissions on the dashboard itself, but maybe I have failed to get the right combination. 

Dashboard includes (but is not limited to):

• Data Warehouse Load Completion Status
• Transformer Cube Last Updated Dates
• Completion status of Key Executive Reports
• etc....

The Operations team is setup as a Consumer Group User.

How can I set this dashboard up so that they cannot change it in any way?
I don't want them to be able to open the Content Pane either.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
