Controller Will Terminate

When a user is logging out of Controller (10.1.1) whether they are using the Log Out & Exit, or the Exit or the window exit they are constantly getting the 'Controller will terminate' splash window appear and stay there. The only way out is to log in as the ADM account and terminate through the Manage Active Users. now the funny thing is if the ADM user then tries to log out they can. I have checked one of the user accounts (who has the same rights as the ADM account) and everything looks the same. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

If that Technote does not help, I recommend that you create a support call with IBM Support.

Thanks, I have already tried the tech note without success, so it looks like I will have to raise the call with IBM,  :)

I revisited this solution, and it does work, so setting the Variable 'javaeagerload' on the server only solved the problem
