Cognos 10 on Windows 8 Configuration?

Hello!

I installed Cognos 10 on windows 8 with SQL Server 2012.
After i did all the configuration in IIS manager(adding cgi-bin, virtual directories etc...)
When i open http://localhost/cognos10 in IE 10 in compatibility view the page open but i cannot click on any link such as My home, Administration etc... it appears as:

Yes - use a supported platform. Cognos 10 BI is not designed to be hosted on a Windows 8 machine. Why are you installing a server product onto a client OS?
