UT-DEF-0047 System error

Hi Gurus,
Six month back I had deployed one package in a test environment and now I made some changes to the existing package in development environment and again deployed to the test environment. After successful import when I am trying to execute a report I am getting error as below:

UT-DEF-0047 System errorÃ,  [2]Ã,  occurred when trying to open run time model file /websphere/Cognos/reportnet/./bin/../data/cqe/RTModels/URLID1d1XMTQ0OjExMjY5MTA0MzQ3NTU6NTYzNw1o1o1X1e20051i091i17T061l401l351j520Z.rtm.

CRN is installed in a Solaris OS and running under WAS.

Need help, its urgent...

Does websphere have full access to /websphere/Cognos/reportnet/data ?
