I am facing a hard time, finding an App for the same.

If memory serves, development of the Blackberry app was frozen by IBM a while ago (version 10.2 I think). If the current BB app doesn't work on a Z10 (which is pretty unlikely), I think your only option is to attach to the mobile URL of Cognos via the device browser.
