charts in crosstab

I have charts in crosstabs filtered by terminal
if I select more than one filter, the 'terminal' disappears from the title of the charts

do you know why is it happening ?

How are you displaying the terminal? It's almost impossible to say what the issue is unless we know how you have set this up in your report...

I checked there are no null or missing values in the database and all data are coherent in db

'terminal' is a chart text item for which the query is "[(en-zw) Nouvel espace-noms11].[(en-zw) Raccourci de Point de vente].[(en-zw) shop_terminal]"
