graph - two year side by side, nested in 12 month

Hello,

I have a graph with two year (last year and current year 2013, 2014) and 12 months. How can I create a graph that show the two years side by side. 


last year measure(2013) - plan measure (2014) - current measure (2014) (three Graphs per one month)

        1 -             2-              3 -              4     -      5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12 (months)
2013-2014 2013-2014  2013-2014  2013-2014 etc....                                          (years)
