Open report Studio with Firefox

I am having issues opening Report Studio with Firefox. I am using Cognos 10.1.1 and have found that Firefox 29 is not supported. I have seen suggestions to use Firefox ESR 24.5 to solve the problem. I have done that. When I open Report Studio I still hang-up at /rsapp.htm

Here are the specifics to what I have tried/checked. Does anyone have any other ideas.

Running Cognos 10.1.1
Installed and am running Firefox ESR 24.5
Accept Cookies
Enable JavaScript
Enable pop-ups for the IBM Cognos BI server

To use Firefox ESR 24 you need to be on Cognos 10.1.1.3. Otherwise you need to install ESR 17

I see where my confusion came in. I download ESR 24.5 from the location below. I can not find a download for ESR 17. Do you have any idea where I could find it? Thanks again

Installed ESR 17.0.1 and it seems to be working without issue. I truly appreciate you taking the time to assist me.
