Report Autogroup and Summarize Causes Slowness in the Query in Report Author 10.

Turning Off Auto Group and Summary in Query Property (Runnning to slow) in Report Author 10.1.2

The report as you have a snapshot has five columns,
Action || Success || Success% || Failure || Failure % || Total

Update Email || 5 || 100% || 0 || 0% || 5

SO THE AUTOGROUP AND SUMMARY SETUP ON THE QUERY causing a big slowness on the report. If I say NO to the Autogroup and Summary, it runs much faster but I loose all the aggregation on counts, percentage and totals.

If some one could just give me hint or an example to follow for setting up calculations and Function Aggregation correctly for each column, so I can get the same result, I would greatly greatly appreciate it.
