Hi

I am having an issue with the external icon within report studio.

It is not appearing in my package.

I have another package which shows the icon, however when opening up a new package there is no icon.

I have checked privileges and security identical to the package which i can see the icon.

Any suggestions?

Check the governors defined in Framework Manager. I suspect the "Maximum external data sources that can be merged with a model" governor is set to zero?
