Condition Explorer between Crosstab and textItem

I have a Crosstab and TextItem. crosstab has some numbers. When the [number] IS NULL(when all numbers in crosstab are null) then only the textItem should appear;

when the crosstab hasÃ,  not null numbers, then Only the crosstab should appear.

How to set the conditional variable that it would be tied to Crostab and textItem at the same time?

You can use the same crosstab you used in my question "crosstab" on Sep 19, but crosstab should be grouped by product name and divieded on separate pages where there is a page for every product Name.
For the product Name =asiseed syrop you will have an empty crosstab - in this case the textItem should appear with message ('No data is available')
