Cube Designer + Cognos Express 10.2.1 ?

Hi,

No - Dynamic Cubes are not part of Cognos Express. They are rolled into the architecture of Cognos 10.2.1 BI (and later) but they are not part of (and probably never will be part of) Cognos Express. Express is designed for mid-market departmental solutions, not for the same kind of "Big Data" scenarios Cognos 10 BI needs to cater for.

Express includes TM1 (CXMD) rolled into it - I suspect IBM's view is that this is more than up to the job for Express instances.
