looking for alternative for Page up / Page Down control in Report Studio

is there a nice alternative for the standard scroll controls in Report Studio ? Most users don't find the standard Cognos text in the Bottom of the report very intuitive.

- i would like to change the position of it (is now left-bottom)
- i would like to change the appearance, preferably buttons instead of text
