**FIX**
Issue turned out the content manager was on a different server. Changed the url to the correct server.

Hi All!
I have installed framework manager (FM) in multiple clients and have had no issues. All have been content managers on windows servers. I'm having issues installing FM on my laptop connecting to a cognos install on an AIX server. Not really familiar with AIX server installs/quirks. Details below. Any ideas appreciated!  ;D

-Content manager is on an AIX server
-Content manager uses a Netezza database.  Believe the content manager is on a different server than the web server. Not sure if this matters.
-My laptop is a 64bit windows 7.

[Cryptography]
[ ERROR ] CAM-CRP-1193 An error occurred while attempting to contact the active Content Manager to update the local CA information. Check your configuration to ensure that the configured URIs are valid and that there are services running at those locations. Unable to transmit the CA Cache message using following URI: 'http://webserver:80/ibmcognos/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi'

Steps Taken:
-Ran install and configuration of FM as administrator
-Changed the server on the gateway uri and dispatcher uri accordingly. Everything else left as default as per configuration on the active content manager.
-Tested the gateway uri in internet browser
-Set up a JAVA_HOME variable to point to the jre in the cognos fm install directory.  Note, Java home that came with the FM install is version 7. The content manager's server uses Java version 6. Don't think that should be an issue right? Figured as long as the version is higher than the content manager it should be ok.
-Uninstalled and reinstalled twice
-Did not get error regarding cryptography keys.
-Have a version of c10.2.1 on my local laptop, but have FM installed in a different directory.
-Installed FM in the x86 directory

Please let me know if any other information would be helpful.

Thank you in advance for your help!
