SQL reports not updating

Hello all,

We have some reports where we use custom sql queries to bring back real time information. Currently after upgrading to 10.2.1 we are facing this issue. which is bit weird. The reports return blank at the first instance but eventually return data like after 3-5 minutes. But we need to have realtime information on the reports. The reports only bring back around 7-10 records on an average.

Any one having the same issue?

Please let me know if there are any alternatives or how to fix this issue.
