Hi, is it possible to close down a group of members to only be able to run a single report, if yes how can I go about this?

Thanks!

Hi,

Give them no permissions to anything except one folder. Grant them Traverse privilege to that folder, and grant them Execute, Read and Traverse to the report in question.

MF.

I've given the access you mentioned above but I see a access denied to whole of Cognos. Do I need to add them to a specific group?

The group will need Traverse access to the root of Public Folders too. Is this granted?

That has been given too, no luck, if I give them access to Cognos (the way I normally do) they can run any report which is the whole point here.
