Cannot login to FM through Citrix

We have FM installed on top of BI 10.2.1 FP1. There are two namespaces set up within the environment. When trying to launch the application on a Citrix desktop, I can select my namespace, but after logging in with my credentials, it brings me back to the namespace selection dropdown. I made sure that I'm pressing the OK button and not accidentally "Tab+Enter" and pressing cancel. If I put in invalid credentials, it tells me so. But valid credentials only brings me back to the namespace dropdown.

Any ideas?
