Java script for prompt button???

Hi Gurus,

i have taken two date prompts which are required, as per the requirement i made their default values to blanks.
now what i want is, when i run the report, even i didt input the values in date prompts also, finish button is enabled,
so i wanted to make it to disabled until user input the dates.

can any one help me how to write script for prompt button
