Hi Has anyone experience this problem. I added paramenter/values to  the advance settings for the report service in cognos 10.1.0 and now I cannot login.

I get the following error:

AAA-SYS-0002 The service cannot process the
request because it has not been initialized.????AAA-SYS-0001 An
internal error occurred.org.dom4j.DocumentException: Error on
line 343 of document : ????Attribute name "NUMHELPERSPERPROCESS"
associated with an element type "RSVP.CONCURRENTQUERY." must be
????followed by the ' = ' character. Nested exception: Attribute
name "NUMHELPERSPERPROCESS" associated with an ????element type
"RSVP.CONCURRENTQUERY." must be followed by the ' = ' character.

I found one document which suggtested a solution but it does not help: PM26979: C10.1 INVALID ADVANCED SETTING CAUSES PORTAL TO BE INACESSABLE.

I can restore a backup of the content store but I will lose about a week's work.

Please help.

Thanks,

Sonny

The article which you saw is suggesting the solution...right ?

If you are the admin there, then you should have access to content store DB. Just follow the query suggested in the article.

You can set the parameter to NULL. Before doing this just backup of everything to be on safe side.

Once you are successful to set the advanced parameter to NULL in content store no need to restore your last week backup
Thanks
