Last Quarter for Previous Year

Hi All,

I am preparing a report using the GO Sales package and i am trying to achieve last quarter for previous year. i have attached image and written the description of the issue which m facing,in the image itself.

Kindly request you to refer the attached image and help me to find a solution.

use the conditional filter in another list query.
make year = year-1 when Qtr is Q1.
