Welcome page without Administration tab

Hello.

After installation of Cognos8 when I open cognos8 web page and open "Welcome page" it is shown without Administration tab.
Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Do you have security set up on your server? If so, it looks like the user you are logging in as is not a member of the System Administrator's role.
