What's your definitions for YTD, QTD etc.? Different people have different start dates for quarters...and your year might start on the first Monday of the year for example. Assuming calendar year and month you should be able to easily calculate YTD and MTD...if not then let us know what you've tried and we can help from there. QTD is more difficult, but I'd use a case statement based on the current month combined with a make time type expression...this will depend on what platform you're working with.
