Update Main query field based on sub report data

I have an Impromptu report where I display one order per page.
The main query is order header information and there is a subreport displaying order details.
I have to add a field to the order header part of the report (Main query) to display a message if any of the orders lines (subreport) have a shipped quantity of zero.

Suggestions on how to do this?
