No LDAP Users or Groups in Cognos Administration

We currently have an OpenLDAP directory set up.  I would love to be able to use that directory for Cognos.  In Cognos Configuration, I was able to add an authentication namespace.  That namespace tests okay, and any user is able to successfully authenticate from the Cognos log in screen.  The problem is that I cannot grant any permissions to users or assign groups or roles.  From Cognos Administration, my new namespace shows up, but it is not a hyperlink, so I can't see any users or groups within that namespace.
Is the problem that we are using OpenLDAP instead of Active Directory?  If it works for users to log in, why can't it see the groups or users from within Cognos Administration?

Please check if the ID which you are trying to login is created in the LDAP directory or not. I mean to say you need to login to that namespace which is not happening.

Check if below link can help you

Thank you!  I did not realize that I had to log in to each namespace at the same time, but that did the trick.  Awesome!
