A new setup automatically came into my report studio page

When i open my report studio, for genereaing reports, I see now-a-days, a new set up automatically came into my report sudio body section. rather than list. which is irritating me, i want to just remove this page set up, as follows:-
 
    " - page-page1
          + Page Header
          + Page Body
          + page Footer "

  When i delete this " page-page1" displays rather than list. my source files also deleted. How to overcome this. please rectify my setting, i m sure its a setting problem , that messed up all the things.

Click on View, the select Page Design. See screenshot attached. :)
