After installing IBM Cognos 10.2.1 Trial version when i am openning the Manager Console . On top right  under Administration >Manage  I am getting a pop up
An error has occurred
For Input String "%CX_IDS_DRDA_Port%"

Also a message is coming 
A part of the product is under unhealth state : Framework Manager
