Concatenating and filtering members from 3 different dimensions

I have a requirement to concatenate members from 3 different dimensions. Since they are from 3 different dimensions, the number of combinations are very huge. What is the best way to filter out the right combination? I guess I can include a measure and filter the combination of values only if the measure has got values. Any ideas? Thanks.
