It's a query calculation. Filtering will do nothing since you have only one member per visit. I'm doubtful you will get the correct results, but anything's worth a try. The real solution is to fix the issues with the underlying package.

I tried to create this same report using the relational model, would be much simpler for me, but however is the following: in this report must have two crosstabs, one with seven indicators in the last 13 months, the same one I sent you excel.
