UDF not available to import using Metadata Wizard : Sybase

Hello,  I saw some posts regarding issues with UDF import into Framework manager, but they all seemed to miss my issue.  Hoping someone can point me in the correct direction.  Here is the rundown...
Running Sybase 15.0.3
Created a UDF that is owned by dbo.
Am able to import my dbo tables into FM (version 10.1) without any issue (other than the odd long column name conflict).
Try to pull in the dbo functions...and there are none available to select.

Again, all owned by dbo. Connected as sa (dbo).  You would think it would be a no brainer...but am not seeing a way to get it working.
