Emailed Active Report Opens Partially

I have an 10.2 Active Report which runs from the report studio, but does not open fully when scheduled or scheduled and emailed.
When emailed, the report header information for the default tab appears with some data, but the rest of the report does not open.
The report size is 2.8 m. The Report has 2 tabs, 2 lists 1 crosstab and 1 chart, along with 3 data check boxes and 2 sliders set to filter.
The mailed report size is the same. So the data is there, it is just not presenting.
I'm not very keen on running this report daily from report studio and posting it manually.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

It sounds to me like a permissions issue. Go into your "My preferences" and try renewing your credentials - see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks for the quick response.
Unfortunately, renewing  my credentials did not make a difference.

When the scheduled file is opened there is a Loading Application Message, followed by Loading resources? (that one flashes by fast) followed by Caching Application Images, followed by the blue wheel of death. Then the done message appears on the lower left and the top block on the first tab is all that comes up. Refreshing the page only repeats the process.

This occurs if the report is scheduled and opened as a saved report from Cognos or if the report is scheduled and emailed.
If the report is opened in report studio and downloaded and saved, it works as intended.

I appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I'm narrowing down the variables in the report that may be causing issues.
It seems that using variables to link from the items on the chart to the list may be the problem.
It is really cool to have the list detail the user's selection on the chart.
Click on the chart and the list is filtered down to the relevant information.
Unfortunately, my users have already seen these links working as they do work when the report is downloaded directly from report studio.
When it is scheduled or exported there are a whole lot of additional undocumented features that suddenly come into play.
Cognos Active Reports is far less stable than I thought.
Going forward I will be very cautious about showing clients any more than the most basic functionality.
It's really a shame.

As a quick sanity check, have you tried opening the MHT in Firefox with the unMHT addin? Is it just an issue in the particular version of IE you are using?

I stripped out components one at a time and found that removing the summary fields stabilized the report. There were Aggregated values with percentages and counts at the top of the report which made it not play well with others.
