Unable to view Report output

Hi,

I have some users who cannot see the output version of some reports and these are all stored in the same folder with the same permission and capabilities.
In the window, 'view report output versions', under the Version column, it shows the date of the report that was generated but under Formats, it's blank. As admin, I can see all the reports but not as user.

Has anyone seen this before and any solution to this?

Additional findings to this problem, it seems like the reports that my users cannot view are all related to bursted report output.
For all single reports, there exist the report version.

Are there some properties setting in cognos related to Bursted reports?

If you can see them as an Admin and they can't....tell me it's a perms/capability issue.
I'd create a test user account and give that test account the same perms as the other users and start from there.

Hi,

Yes, indeed it is a security issue where the user is not the recipients of the burst group and so the user cannot access the report.

Here is my scenario, reports are distributed to sales rep via Directory Entries but not to the sales leader.
But as sales leader, he should be able to see these reports via Cognos Connections.

Is there a role apart from system admin where another user can see burst reports without being the recipients?
