Calculate percentage between time periods

Hello!
I have a Crosstab report that accesses a relational model of the Framework, the lines display some indicators and columns months.

I need to create calculations that show the percentage growth between the months, it is possible to do this without using a cube?! I am using Cognos 10.1.1

try something like this, i can't test right now so i can't be 100% sure of the syntax or result
