Can't delete a favorite

Hi all,

I'm new to the workspace. I recently created a new workspace in cognos 10.2 and saved it to myfolder. I added the workspace to the 'Favorite' by clicking 'favorite' icon. The workspace then shows under the favorite on the welcome page.
 
But, when I click the same icon again to delete it from the favorite, I got an error: can't connect to the server.
Any idea?
