SOLVED - Grouping Selections in a Value Prompt

Hi all,

I was just wondering if there is a way to group selections on a value prompt together, below is a screenshot of my report currently, where each value is still displaying as a different row, even though I've used a 'Display Value' data item to change the format.


Is there a way to only display one row per month, and make that row automatically select all values from that range (or all the date up to the 1st/31st of the chosen month?

Sorry I think I was a little bit hasty in posting this question, I managed to solve it by using a data item for the displayed values, then using an extract for month/year for the sorting/selections.
