How to derive this attached customized chart

Hi All,
User of my application wants to display a chart in report like the one attached.
I have not come across any chart like this b4.

Can someone provide help on this?

You can do that in a List as individual Cell...


Drag and drop a bar chart in list cell and give Master Detail relation ship....
