How to show customers based on specific condition

Hi,

I have a prompt page which show a list of customers. There are plenty of them. I have dimensions for Customer info (=[Customer]) and dimension for Ticket queue (=[Group]). Also measure for number of tickets.

How can I show only those Customers in a list who has opened tickets to specific Groups x, y and z? I mean, I want to get rid of those customers who hasn't opened any to these certain Groups.

It's a Powercube.
