Showing labels on map

Hallo everyone,

I have succesfully created a map Report using cognos Report Studio.  the Report in cognos Viewer:
if the user moves the mouse pointer to a certain Region and clicking it, it will create a Report(in a new cognos viewer) considering the Region.  I would like to add a Little bit interactivity:
Is it possible to make the map showing the Label Name of a particular Region if the user goes with the mouse pointer to a Region, stopping for 1 second, and the Label of the Region should Pop up interactively.

Under the chart properties there is an option for tooltips. Make sure that is enabled and you should have a built-in tooltip that may be adequate for you.
