Adding a filter into a catalog

Hi

I want to add filters into a catalog for other users to be able to select

Is this possible as I am struggling to find the way to do this

This is Cognos Impromptu 7.5 with an Oracle database

go to menu Catalog / Folder
click button Condition
enter a name "Only text with ABC"
goto the expression box and create filter like in report   :  txt_field = 'ABC'
save
create a report
goto filter tab
open "Catalog Columns"
find and select the condition "Only text with ABC" and click ok
