Hi ,

I have a requirement.

I have a set of Reports each having a chart and a grid(List/crosstab).

We have to burst this set of reports to each department head.  A single Email with all the report attachment. Each report having respective depatment data send to respective dept heads.

Please give some clue to implement the same.

Thanks.

There's a whole section on bursting in the Report Studio help aka User's Guide. Start there.

Followup questions should probably go in the Report Studio section, as this has little/nothing to do with Event Studio.

I agree with bdbits. This is really a report bursting challenge rather than anything to do with Event Studio. The easiest approach is probably to build a single report studio report containing all the required charts and lists/crosstabs, and define bursting for this one report. In doing things this way, each department head will receive a single email containing all their relevant info.

Cheers!

Thank you bdbits and MF for you responses.

I understand that we have do it in a single report and burst the same.
But say I have around 6-7 reports. If I try creating a single report integrating all the 7 individual reports, this might become very complex. And might create performance Issues. That is the reason why I wanted to know any other implementation method using Event Studio.
