How to display value on Stacked Bar Chart from Largest value at bottom

Can anyone please help, I have a stacked bar chart, and I want to display largest values at the bottom of the stack and smallest value at the top

Please note I am not using Legacy chart, I am using new chart on Cognos Report Studio 10.1.1
