Aligning Chart Labels with bars

I have a chart that will display the results but the labels are off centered to the bars.  The far left item has the bar to the far left and the text going out to the right.  The center item is perfectly centered.  The last item has the text all the way to the left from the respective bar.

What am I missing?  I've played around with the properties but had no luck.
