Excel Output - Can this be done?

Hi Team,
Attached is the sample mock-up of one of my report. If you look at the mock-up, the area around the report appears without any cells / we could say it is completely white. How could i achieve to make my report appear as same as the mock-up?
Your help is much appreciated..!!!

You can create a vba script to get it done after the report generated....
