how to manage reports prepared on tables or views?

For reasons of speed and simplicity of the request i prepare the report directly on the table or view using sql and joins.

How should I manage the publication and the organization of query subjects on  fm?

Should create a 2-layer structure or can I just post directly the qs objects without organization in folders and namespaces?

should create model query subjects?
