Error message DPR-ERR-2087

hello gurus,

when i run a report in excel format getting this error. the same in HTML no error message.

DPR-ERR-2087 The request has exceeded the execution time limit. It will be cancelled.

and full error details are

 Navigate to the properties of the dispatcher
On the Settings tab, set "Maximum execution time for the report service (seconds)" to an appropriate length of time (which may require some trial and error)
