Hi all,

i have problems with color coding for exception reporting. In Report Studio IÃ,´ve tried to define variables (Boolesch) but the yes or no are both disabled (grey), so I donÃ,´tÃ,  can define the color for the rows. WhatÃ,´s wrong?

bye

I think you have to give us a bit more information before we can help!

It sounds like you have not set up the conditions properly. Go through the examples in the Report Studio User Guide to see where you went wrong. If you're still struggling, let us know.

The example in the manual gives me a questionmark about this ???
Once more:
I have defined a variable (Boolean type). My express definition is for example [TOTALNETTOKGS] > 10, but when I click the condition explorer on yes (Boolean) there is no formatting in the property pane as written in the example in Chapter 5 of the manual, there is only general with conditional style and conditional text... So where shall I do the formatting of the condition?

Darek

You have to designated an item (cell, row, table) for condiftional formatting based on that varaible first.

IÃ,´ve done it! I didnÃ,´t see it first, but when you choose your variable from the conditional style the properties pane expands ...

thank you anyway
